This wall hanging installation is made to explore a story about my grandpa and an impression of the social and natural environment of southern China from his memory. This piece is about my family and our origin(a fishing village and the taste of salt). I cherish the story that my grandfather told me, and they have always stayed with me as I grew up and explored the world by myself. I hope to use my creative voice to learn about this old memory and to gain the power of healing and warmth.
